- Refunds are not provided once a consultation call session with our experts has occurred.
- Unsatisfactory Sessions:
- If you are dissatisfied with a consultation call session that has not yet taken place, please follow the steps below for a resolution.
Redeeming a GUARANTEE for Unsatisfactory Sessions
- Email Request:
- Send an email to sitevisits@urbana4dables.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include “WANT MORE” in the body of the email.
- Site Visit Guarantee:
- Upon receiving your refund request, our team will promptly review it. If eligible, we will arrange for a property expert to visit your address and provide additional real estate advice.
